Immersive learning/reading - Suppose you are reading a magazine and you observe an interesting article with some pictures related to it, now our application’s feature is that while you’re reading it’ll scan that picture and play a video related to the topic on top of it in augmented reality.
3D object recognition - This is a powerful feature which scans for 3D objects stored in the database and as soon as it observes one it superimposes this object’s 3D model on top of it in the AR world. The utility of this feature is in the process of manufacturing hardware where we can scan the 3D object and superimpose it’s ideal 3D model on it so that while making it in order to take better references we would just have to move our hands away and the 3D model will appear on top of it.
AR Draw - This is a pretty cool and useful feature, in it we are given the ability to sketch anything in AR I.e. when we touch the screen(there is a button on the vr headset which allows screen touch) and move, a line will follow your movement and the sketch would be made in AR. Now the cool thing about it is that when you stop touching the screen the sketch will stay put and remain in the location it was made, therefore we can move around and see our sketch in different perspectives.
